Through its member Clubs, Toastmasters International helps men and women learn the arts of speaking, listening and thinking - vital skills that promote self-actualization, enhance leadership potential, foster understanding, and contribute to the betterment of humankind. Rainbow Toastmasters is a gathering of friends; a safe and supporting place for personal development and skills improvement. It is geared for, but not exclusive to, the GLBT community.
