Ukrainian Lesbian and Gay Association
Established in 2000, ULGA is a community-based organization Canadian lesbians and gays of Ukrainian background, their partners and friends. ULGA provides education and outreach on sexual orientation issues in the Ukrainian Canadian community; connects with and supports other lesbian and gay organizations in Canada, Ukraine and internationally; supports the struggle against HIV/AIDS in Canada and Ukraine; and assists newly arrived lesbian and gay Ukrainians.
